Hi,

What does 'Next SL' mean exactly, in the top of Maxwell Render:

I thought it meant, that in this case, SL 19 will be reached in 2.52 minutes, and that will also be the next update. (i.e. no smaller updates before that)

Does it? In that case, I think something is wrong with it.

This is what happens a few minutes after:

What does it mean? And what is the difference from the 'Update:' notice?

weird stuff

i always thought update was a decimal update like 18.62
and SL was in this case SL 19

think it still is but this just seems wrong

Yep, very weird.

After those 9 minutes the next update came, and what happened was that SL went up to 18.88, and 'Next SL' popped down to to ~4 minutes, even though it was at 22 minutes before those 9 minutes.. confusing? yes.

It was the same in 1.7. You get updates either every 10 minutes or at new SL's whichever comes first. There may be some caveats to that but that's typically what I've noticed.
