IES light color not updating in multilight?

I can't change the color of ies lights in the multilights controls (and yes, I chose multilight : Color + Intensity).
Normal emitters work fine.
Am I missing something?

I remember reading about that in some pdf and there it said that you cannot adjust the color of IES lights at the moment, which makes me think that they have it on their to-do list or that they are working on adding it. But right now you cannot change the color of your IES lights.

Ummm... Next Limit lists • COLOR MULTILIGHT Edit the color of emitters in real time as a new feature on their web sites "New Features" pdf. Isn't that false advertising if Color Multilight doesn't work? Are there any other advertised features that don't actually work? I just ordered the upgrade to one my 8 licenses (haven't received my download info yet) and am wondering what other new features aren't included.

Yes it could probably been stated earlier and in plain english that with IES you cannot adjust the color of the IES light at the moment. However regular lights can be adjusted by both color and intensity as advertised. Only intensity can be adjusted now with IES.

you can change the colour of the ies prior to render though just not in ML.

Ok, that's not such a big deal.
But because the multilight interface allows you to change the color of IES lights (but with no effect), I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.
Guess that functionality will be part of an update.

Adding color ML with IES is more difficult than with regular emitter materials, I don't know the details but there wasn't time to add IES with colorML as well. However you can use regular emitters and IES in the same scene with colorML, adjust their intensity, it's just the IES emitters that won't change their initial color. It's mentioned in the manual IES with colorML is currently not supported, but it's something considered for a future update.
