I am having problems importing into Studio an FBX file created from Revit 2010.
Using File\Import Geometry, or File\Open, Studio V2 will crash each time. I have tried 2 FBX files, one of which is extremely simple and I cannot either to work. A folder with an *.fbm file name is created which contains environment and materials sub folders, but the application immediately terminates. The FBX file will import successfully into 3dmax.
Here is the error info using the "Import" command:
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: studio.exe
Application Version: 1.0.0.1
Application Timestamp: 4ab8a744
Fault Module Name: studio.exe
Fault Module Version: 1.0.0.1
Fault Module Timestamp: 4ab8a744
Exception Code: c0000005
Exception Offset: 00000000002f4309
OS Version: 6.1.7100.2.0.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033
Additional Information 1: d366
Additional Information 2: d3669eb135eeb7498482c7f48bd0dd23
Additional Information 3: cb9c
Additional Information 4: cb9c4da319a3956098a3ef28cabb6c74
Using the "Open" command to import, the last two line for the problem signature are different:
Additional Information 3: 01e9
Additional Information 4: 01e946c91887ecb33bca2b082ca4029b
This is a non licensed version of Studio on Windows 7 RC 64bit.
Thanks, Bill
