I cannot find the sketchup plugin for MR version 1.7.
are the latest plugins compatible?

Yeah, I'd like to know the answer to this too. I don't have v2. My pc was getting full and I did some disk cleaning. In the process I deleted my old 3ds max 1.7 plugin. When I went to get the plugin from the download area the only version is the v2 plugin. Will 1.7 play nice with the v2 plugin?

I have a bigger problem: I cannot get to plug-ins nor Maxwell 1.7.1 at customer download site anymore.
All I get is an 'Object not found!' error page.

Hi,

v2 plugins generate MXS files that are not readable by v1.x, so you need to use 1.x plugins to use v1.7 or older versions of Maxwell. Access to previous versions of Maxwell will be reenabled soon, we disable it to give the maximum bandwidth to v2 downloads.
