when I tell maxwell to render animation, say frames 1-150....
do I need every MXS to include the same SL and time or can I set the first MXS with the correct ones ?
after copying 15 GB of MXS frames to the rendering PC I've noticed that SL is on "50" and time on "14400" ...

Yes, you only have to set it once at the start, but you must remember the settings if you want to resume later.
