STRANGE PROBLEM!

I am able to render still images from C4D r10 through the maxwell 1.1 plug-in BUT when i try and render out a simple 30frame animation it renders the 1st image 30times. I get 30 .mxs files of the same thing, but its confusing because they are numbered sequentially and there are the proper number of files. So i have the problem issolated to the fact that the .mxs files do not progress from one frame to the next.

I have changed the render settings in C4D to "render all frames"

Totally lost on this!

This works fine afaik in the soon upcoming plugin 1.5...

I once was in hospital for two weeks. There was another woman, about 40 years
of age, and she complained to the doctor about the jabs she got each day to
prevent thrombosis:
"Doctor, when will these needles stop hurting me each day?"

The doc, a Greek, looked at his wrist watch and answered with a wide smile:
"Exactly..." - the woman was hoping for a time now - "...one day after you have left the bed!"

So, it's done when it's done. Looks good though.

Waiting VRay customers are waiting for the first version though! Even at first version stage VRay customers would reasonably expect it to correctly export materials to the VRay engine.

With the Cinema/Maxwell 1.5 plugin we are talking about an update to an established product that was, to put it mildly, very poor.

'Things can only get better'

There seems to be a good level of frustration with the current status of the 1.5 plugin!

Is it currently posted on the maxwellrender sight? I am soo excited to start
rendering animations in maxwell. Rendering stills is no problem at all with the 1.1 plug-in.
