Would like to have an infinite ground plane, but nothing at all shows up when I give the C4D a diffuse tag.

Is it working for anybody?

For this I am on WinXP C4D 9.6 MR1.1

Thanks,

D

as it is an infinite plane it cant be seen by maxwell wich need to see at least a poly, so make a poly and size it, but know that that ground shouldnt be too big ( from what i understood)

You'll need to make a Plane primitive and size it. Then reduce the polys, make editable.
Name it and apply a Maxwell Diffuse tag.
When you make your mxs file with the plug in, and open in Studio, you can apply any Maxwell material you desire.
Floor is on the list with Lights (make Plane, apply Emitter tag) , Camera (yes, you must apply Camera tag) , Action (the animation guys are rightly disappointed) that cause the current plug in to, uh, choke.
Good luck.
