i found the old render setting preview szene at the Ciename 4d rel.4 CD

you can change the preview images in the render setting how you like
it ,just render these szene with the wall texture you like and save the
images in you c4d directory

C:\Programme\MAXON\CINEMA 4D R9\resource\bmp
here you find the images : render0.jpg - render14.jpg

replace the .jpg files with you render images (120* 90* pix)
but first check out the the render setting corresponding to images files!
