under the outout tab in the plugin just deselect the "render rgb channels" button and remove the option -d under command line options. the plugin just exports the .mxs -file to the specified folder.

be aware that the current mxs seems to have a bug that it stores the "don´t render rgb channels-option" in the file and switching the button on in studio is not enough: you need to specify a "-l:r" for render rgb-layer in studio command line option before hitting render.
