Hello All,

Autoexposure and -Ml do not work together,

Set the -ml switch thorugh the command line available in Studio or use the check box once a render has finished from Maxwell Viewer console. Multilight works while rendering.

You need a minium of two sources of light for multilight to work, this means, physical sun + emitter as minium or two emitters as minium, or skydome and one emitter.

Thanks T, but it seems that the multilight and sun are not working for me. I posted elsewhere, so sorry for the repeat, but ...

I use the sun and 1 emitter in a simple cube scene. Test render without -ml. Everything is fine, looks good. Render again with -ml option and it is very dark. The emitter affects the rendering (using the slide and mute to test), but the sun does not (or maybe does very little, cannot really tell).

Thanks,

Steve

you know that you can input higher numbers than 1000? just type them in the ml field.

edit: and ml works fine for me, although i haven't tested it with sun - it's a really nice feature! BUT it needs A LOT of memory. and if there isn't enough - well, abnormal program termination ...
