FIXED: N16: OS X- changing the Scene Name from default

If I change the Scene Name in the plugin to anything else than default. then the *.mxs is written out as file of type TEXT and opens up in Codewarrior, instead of being written out as "BINA/????"

This "BINA/????"-Type which is btw also not really a good idea under OS X, and the reason the mxs might open with a number of applications (FinalCut and CW alone during the last hour...).

Actually it looks like this is completely random...

I just encountered that MXStudio write out *.mxs with empty Type and creator - which is a big NONO.

It's really not that hard, just register a creator for god's sake...

Thanks Kabe for tracking this write error down.

This bug is now known as N16 in CIRI 0.7b.
