I'm trying to get Cinemaxwell working on my Core 2 Duo Macbook Pro using 10.4.8 and, depending on what I put in the /plugins/maxwell folder, get one of two results, neither of which is helpful.
I leave maxwell.cdl and the "res" folder in because they seem to have no effect at all.
- maxwell.xdl alone: no entry in Plugins menu
- maxwell.dylib (from r9.6.dylib.zip) alone or with maxwell.xdl: crash at loading screen
Has anyone else run into this problem? I only have one copy of Maxwell installed, and the PPC version worked just fine (doesn't anymore, of course, because I deleted the original maxwell plugin folder). Help!
