I have read a few posts of people with the same problem, but did anybody actually solve this ?
Problem is : I want to rerender one of my scenes. I re-assigned some materials (especially those with bitmaps), changed their UV projector to 1 (instead of 0) and so on.
Only thing that remains is the rather strange message : "Object has triangles without material". I do not understand why. The object in this case has a Custom MXM without any maps. There is no selection whatsoever, I just want to assign the material to all of the object. Strange enough if I erase this object, the same message appears for other objects, but not all objects. I can not see any difference between the objects that work and those that do not work. I read the Manual for the C4D plugin, but to no avail.
--- UPDATE ---
I managed to avoid that message by erasing all old mxm tags. I am going to keep testing, to see if it is really solved. Anyway, if anybody else experiences this or knows a workaround (I am definitely not looking forward to replacing all mxm tags on all the bits and pieces that I constantly reuse for certain jobs) please let me know.
