Error object set triangle UVWì i Channel index

after launching the plugin i get this error message and lw layout got stuck... what i had done wrong? any clue?
make sure that you don't have 1point / 2 point poly around, and try to remove any image map not used by Maxwell. I've seen this before, but I don't remember exactly what the problem was.
