Network Rendering

Hi,
i have a problem with networ rendering.
I have this PC:
1) Portatile PC as manager and Monitor
2)Dual pc 1 server
3)Dual pc 2 Server
I start Manager on Portatile ad it see Server Dual PC 1 and Dual PC 2
I Start monitor on portatile, but it does not see manager (the pc is the same of manager) ad so i can't add work...
Some help?

I resolve the iusse.
I have to added a pc to User Added in Manager..

Now i have the same problem..
Server see manager, but Monitor does not see manager ad so i cn't add work.
Some Help?
