Cooperative render with two different systems

Hi, I want to render in cooperative mode with two different systems. One is an Athlon 64 xp 3600 with 1 Gig ram, and the other one is a P4 2.8 HT 1 gig ram.

I specify 2 cpu's in the manager.
The problem is that the p4 HT is not working 100%, just 1 thread.

Is this a bug? or a limitation?

Amount of nodes in your renderfarm should be 2 and it's true.
CPU threads are defined by -th:N switch where N is threads. (0 for autodetect)
You can build up a config file (MXC) containing a switch -th:0 to benefit from all.

Tom is it possible to render cooperative on a PC & a Mac, using PC-MacLan or similar...

that'd be soooo cool !

Since the handshake done with the same format, I assume it's already OK. :D

mmmmhhh .....
thanks tom, but I did that and didn't work. I specified in the mxc file this swirch -th:0. I'll try specifying 2.

Don't forget to place your MXC file beside MXS under a shared path.
Local paths doesn't work with MXC even if you say "send to manager" and this is a known issue.
