Using a slower machine in a network, bad idea?

Let's say I have four nodes and three og them have a Geekbench score of 12.000, but on of them have just 7.500. Will that slower node still get 25% of the render job by the manager and thus make the total performance like that of the slower node?

Each node starts to render with a different seed. This means that noise will be different in each image. When the render is done, the manager merges all the images. So it might not be as high as 25%, but should be noticeably clearer.

It depends in what you're doing. In a still image applies what jensth said. If you're rendering an animation the slower node will take more time to render frames than the other ones. If for example all the frames had the same complexity in the end the slower node would have rendered less frames.
