I'm using MR 3.2.0 and I'm noticing in the nodes console that the mxi files are saved about every 10mins. This process takes 2-3 mins with biggest files, is there a way to avoid the autosaving or to set a longer time?

I never noticed this behavior with previous maxwell versions.

I set the "min. time for saving to disk" to 120 in Maxwell but this seems not to affect the node

Try adding the -mintime:XXX parameter to the command line input in Render Options before sending the MXS to the farm.
