I know this is pretty minor, but whenever the Monitor is launched and the browser receives the document content, it throws a general browser error due to a lack of defined character encoding in the header:

You'll probably never use a character outside that scope, so it would never cause a real problem. Also, since the web server isn't really designed as a public site, no one needs to worry about SEO. It does however fall under a best practices category and a web page probably should have complete header info."The character encoding of the HTML document was not declared. The document will render with garbled text in some browser configurations if the document contains characters from outside the US-ASCII range. The character encoding of the page must be declared in the document or in the transfer protocol."
