When I am starting Network manager this is happening, sometimes its with nodes too. To be honest after last fresh windows install yesterday (lightwave was not sending jobs to Network Monitor after upgrade to 2.1 and I could not fix it) I have managed to do 1 render and if failed whan merging anyway.

I am in the process of setting up my own network controller but until then I would like to be able to render using my computers, not only locally...

BTW, I am on Win 7 x64.

Can you please give details about your network/OS on the computers? All of them are running the same Maxwell version? If you don't start a node on this computer it works ok?
Thx for the reply, all computers on win7, fileserver on win 2008R2 (w/o maxwell installation), I have reinstalled Maxwell recently and I have started to have this error. The error happens for many nodes, at the time when log was taken only one instance of maxwell was running on whole network.
