Shader maker wanted

We're looking for a maxwell shader/texture creator to join our team. We're creating a pitch for a simple ipad game and many of the assets built will be rendered in Maxwell.
Note that this is not a job, but a shared ownership project. It's easy going and the demo is only for a single game room currently.
