It needs some more little details. The room could be real, but the picture is dull. There is no special place highlightened (e.g. a picture at the wall), the textures are nice, but very 70ish. I don't like the texture of the carpet (you should also give him some structure/bump).....

And a rework of the curtains is necessary.

Everything is aligned straight in this room, shuffle it a bit (e.g. turn the "chairs" at the beds end a few degrees that there are NO perpendicular angles between them ....)
