Dennis,
First off .......it's a nice render, i'm sure the client will be thrilled.
Second, ......i'm going to ask it, because i know it's coming ---- is this is a M~R ? It's lookin a little Vray-ish or done by other.
regards, i3.

did you LOOK at the render? It's full of noise in the shadow... clearly Maxwell
However, it's a great render! The only criticism I have would be the choice of foreground. It entirely detracts from the building itself. I mean, as a photographer I go out of my way to remove a road and guardrail from the foreground of a shot... The first thing the viewer sees is the bright shiney guardrail... and that IMO detracts from the main focus... the building.
A park setting would be better. I know that most likely you are constrained by the demands of reality and those of your client, but worst case? Move the camera past the road , so the water becomes the foreground.
I like the fact there are two other buildings in the distance... it ads to the sci-fi pyramidal shape and the essential reality of the project. You know, one building is a prototype, or a render... a whole fleet... well that must be real.

Looks good.
Here some thoughts, maybe helpful for you:
-I feel there is to much foreground. I would set the horizon line lower.
- the guardrail is to reflective. I would use a darker color or leave it.
- I miss more bump textures
- I'm not sure, that the two cars in the forground are good. I would remove the one at right side (looks very CG).
- use same people at the terrace of the house and in front of the house, it looks like a ghost city
- Is it possible that trees are growing at the terrace?

yeahh..good work.
I just recommend: Add some flags in front of the entrance, that would give some more international-hotel feeling.

Hey Dennis,
Another fine render. I agree with the comments so far, but understand the client / getting paid issue.
Having said that, who are these guys? And who is the architect? It's as if they were watching some documentary on
aztec temples and said, "Ooooh, I want one of those!"
You know what I do like, and this is going to sound weird, but I like the line striping in the road. I appreciate that you gave them thickness, which in reality is what they're like.
Also, is the glass tinted that way or did your dielectrics simply not clear up?
Great comp work too!!
