Looking good.

Where did you get that timber boxing concrete texture from? Androniko uses a similar one and it looks great.

The human eye can deal with a high contrast in the real world, a low burn value simulate the eye view. I feel, the standard burn value 0.8 let Maxwell works approx. like a CCD camera, you don't get high contrasts in the image.

small architectural comment: concrete on the close-up pic looks like it has the joints in depth, but they should be over the surface, since the joints comes from the small space between the wood planks.
