Welcome back Falconking! Were you able to get your system up-an-running again?

I have to agree regarding the shininess of the dragon. It almost looks more like a porcalin figureine.

However, the one thing that I have the most problems with has nothing to do with the rendering itself :lol:

I'm afraid that your hero is not really holding his shield properly. I use to play around with the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism), so I've got a bit of experience with shield work. Generally, you wouldn't hold your shield with your forearm in such an extreme horizontal position. Shields get really heavy after a while, and this position puts a lot of strain on the shoulder muscles. Normally, your shield arm will be between a 45 degree angle and vertical. This allows you to brace your arm against your body. That way, you only have to rotate your upper arm to block side blows. It uses much less energy, and helps keep your shield in position after a blow. You can last much longer in a battle this way. :)

I know you've checked this, you're too good, but is the scale right? I don't know it just seems like I'm looking at an action figurine.
