Hi all,

I want make better pillow model and materials and adjust the composition
but as lw user I have a lot of problems to control multi-channels materials (specular and diffusion with MR)...

Devista: yep the background is a real photograph of mine (Nikon D100), it was not easy matching the light...

I'm adding a lot of details, better materials and fine tuning... soon I will post some updates...

Oz42: thank you, it's a 3D from a real romantic and peaceful place...

Iker: thank you you can see the places around to

very nice image, but the rendered sunlight seems not to match the sun in the backdrop photo. the sun in the photo is about to touch the horizon for sunset, the shadows in the render are coming from around 45 degrees upwards...

for the rest: really nice atmosphere...

cheers

mgroeteke: thank you. I will check soon lights and shadows.
I have used the same lat. & long. parameters for real photo and 3D and the same is for hour, month and day...

adl, I like this image a lot, imho it has something special in it. The only thing that is in my opinion artisticly incorrect is the composition:
you got very detailed pattern on the chairs againts the railed balcony fence which makes the chairs blend with it. Other then that its great.

thank you Morbid Angel
railed balcony and chair are not a from a personal composition but they are particles of a real place! :D

bellissimo! looks very good and convincing! ...only a nice pasta and a glass of vine are missing now, LOL - but that's probably not good for the subtle atmosphere you created here

Very nice!. How long did it take?

Thank you Renato Lemus,
if you ask to time of rendering it's about 8 or 9 hours (rendering was in
background task while I'm working to other and it's in rendering in this
moment too then it was not an absolute time).

If you want know the time to make it (models and textures) it take me a
couple of days...

Thank you Markus, yeah the place is peaceful and romantic and pasta
and vine are always good not only in Italy (have you seen the great "Sideways" film?).
I have make this enhancements after your
email about imperfect match lighting...
