By making them look worse, I guess I'll convince myself to quit smoking...

It's actually the setup. The Camel pack was lit with a skydome and one emitter, this is a studio setup with 3 emitters and I'm working on it so I can get a moody atmosphere.
I'm modelling a Zippo lighter at the moment and I will post more renderings later.
The environment will be brushed metal...
I'll probably desaturate it as well.

More to come!!!

Not bad from a technical point of view as it's rather sharp and clear with little noise, but the subject in the rendering itself isn't really that interesting and good.

As a matter of fact I had quit smoking for 6 years and just picked it up again a couple'o years ago.
PLEASE ALL DO ME A FAVOUR: KEEP TELLING ME TO QUIT!!!!!

It's on my very-short-list!

About the lighter, well... somebody gave me a brand new Zippo and it hasn't got any scratches ... yet!

I need to stop as well. I'm hoping that I'll be changing companies soon and will have a good opportunity to pack it in.

I'd like to see the maxwell logo embossed on the zippo...I think that would more likely be the way it would be done.
