Nice idea! But you've got two start buttons, two quicklaunch bars, two clocks...

Thanks everyone

This was just having fun with Maxwell. I really liked the way the floor turned out - although the bump map had to be a minus number to look correct? The monitor - or whatever it is - model was from and old project I was going to work on (it fell through). Everything else in the scene were bits and pieces from other projects. The great thing about M~R is that you can take almost anything and make it look good
Aldaryn - you got me
Tom, I was wondering if you would notice that the paper on the desk was from your PDF manual...

Not the most exciting rendering you've done Greg, but i do like the metal/plastic on the monitor on the left side here. That part looks good

:: looks quite good... but you should remove the plant and increase the size of the floor boards. I love the floor finish::

WolfKiller wrote:You did a great job Greg, The floor looks teriffic. Only have one comment about where the mold and floor come together on the left of the monitor stand. Looks like a great deal of gap? Could it be a shadow?
Could you share the secret of the color and bump for the floor?
The "gap" is a wire (I should have worked on the shader a bit but I really did throw this scene together to play with M~R, not to create a great image). The floor looked so good that I thought it was worth posting the image. No secret on the floor, the color is just a map that is also used as the bump map - I didn't even take the time to create a true bump map. The rest is M~R
I wish I had more time to work on the image but real work comes first

Thanks! The plant is quite ugly but it was in the scene to test using a multi-sub object material with M~R (4 sub materials).
The floor:
Maxwell Plastic, specular 75, u-v roughness .05, with a wood plank map which is also used for a bump map set at -15 (which is very strange).
