Looks like you haven't updated the wall materials diffuse, like it's set too high....
Also try not to compress the pics too much. There are already weird areas from the denoising and the jpeg compression is added to that, it's takes away a lot from the pics quality.

Diffuse is corrected, I thing. Denoising is quite strong, I know...
