Greetings,

I wanted to render something in Maxwell, yet I'm not working in any project right now..... So I decided to make a very simple scene (+/-5 min modeling, +/- 4 hours render / post work ) and here is it (original 2560 x 2048 reduced %50 for a desktop theme)

Image

The best part "by far" was setting up the lighting. I chose a 32 apperture and guestimatec the camera's speed.... Which I was death wrong, but that was not a problem because it can be easily adjusted while rendering :P
First render was pretty much a winner I would have love a little more detail on the corner  but I'm not complaining.

Regards,
Leonardo

Leonardo, how are your white walls? Pure 255 white?

If the answer is yes, look at this post:

And, how is the light? Skydome?
Looks a bit irreal, because of a lack of contrast and not convincig ilumination. Try to do it with sunlight and with a 224 white color.

Hope it helps!
