This Maxwell Render image, titled 'Under Construction' was made in Cinema4D. For some reason the picture took a long time to render (sample level 12 in 32 hours). Maybe it was all the reflective surfaces?

Thank you for taking a look.

Nice render!

Maybe it took so long because big amounts of internal bounces due to the complex reflective "mesh" geometry you've got there.

Thank you for the comments.

true: The wire was made by duplicating the head and face parts that are on the stand. Then Cinema4D's Atom Array tool was used which places a sphere at each point of the mesh and connects the each sphere with cylinders. The subdivision of the wire is defined within the tool and can be updated in realtime whilst the atom array mesh is in its primitive state. It is a nice tool for making dna type structures too.
