O yea i agree with everyone else, great work on this one. Even the wireframe itself is beautiful 
and don't worry about the little grain you have, a little is what makes it real, otherwise i would have suspected it to be a Vray rendering hehe 
Nice to see you have a similarly slow computer like mine that makes the rendering even better.

This image really worth your time and patience. Just line a bit artistic photograph, and, really, dont worry about this much grain, its really nothing. Others with much better hardware consider their renderings finished at a much, much noisier level.
