Looking pretty nice but the perfect crisp corners of the wooden balconies are reducing the believability. Also wood beams have ends, not just the broad sides.

I see some repeating textures on the adjacent concrete walls to the left of the doors and gate.

Great start! boost the internal lighting more for drama in PS. The corten steel is accurate, but for the sake of reading it better i would exaggerate its effect a little more with scale, like you did with the pre cast facade conc. Just be careful that when you raise the texture scale you aren't losing it's crisp appearance, this is almost as troublesome as scaling something down too much that it repeats or loses it's effect, i've done that many times before in a hurry :)
