A while ago I did some work to spice up my CV. Unfortunately it didn't work out as I wanted thus I never used the renders. Now they were only collecting dust, so I thought I share them here. :)
They're all renders of old product design icons, most of them will probebly be familiar to you.

The Eames rocker is really nice. But the flat lamp is by far my favorite. The light on the reflector is well done mind sharing how you did that and not have any noise?

Thanks!

If you look at the image below, the object has a multimaterial assigned to it (within 3ds max). The blue poly's have a simple glass material with a blue tint and the grey one have a metal material which is a mixture of aluminium IOR and Indium Gallium IOR. The poly's also have different smoothing groups, the grey ones have no smoothing and the blue ones have an angle of 60 degrees.

I did nothing spectacular to prevent noise. :)

Some really nice images and designs here. That rocker images is great and I love what you've done with the presentation of the images. The typography is done very well.

I had an opportunity to tour Castiglioni's stuio this year. They've kept it almost untouched since his death, with prototypes and papers scattered everywhere. A beautiful space in central Milano. Highly recommend if anyone's ever in the area!

I've been there last year and I can recommend it too! It's quite a big house with little living space because of all of his work that is still stored there.

Hi Tok_Tok,

Very nice. I liked the floor texture you used in these, did you create the texture or was this a purchased texture? Arroway?

Thank you.

Honestly I don't know were I got the texture from, I didn't buy it, I know that.
