What he said! Actually I don't know what he said, but if it was positive, then I must agree. It's a great image. What resolution did you render at? Do you have a larger version so we can examine all of the details?

Hey, thanks for posting a larger size. If you don't mind, I have just a few comments.

The wood chairs all have the same UV's. It would look less CG if they were varied. Also they need to have some UV's rotated 90 degrees so the grain runs the length (like on the legs). Same for the table's legs.

The paper on the desk appears to be floating.

The dirt you added to the walls seems too pronounced. They look like water stains. I'd tone them way down so that they are barely visible.

The bump map on the wood floor looks too heavy. It makes it look like the spaces between the planks are too wide.

Great job, keep it up!

as my posting seems to have disappeared:

the floor is way to bad to clean it every day if the kids dirty it. Imagine picking lego parts from these small ridges... try using linoleum or another flat surface on the floor. (speaking from experience, having some relatives that work in a kindergarten). What I still miss is some more color in the light - it looks too flat white for my taste.
The modeling looks nice, but the room is still way to desolate - there are no personal things at all, no clothes, 2 book piles in the closet that look exactly alike - and not at all like children books with thick pages and small format, bright colors...

Nice image,

I see some Bloom effect happening on the sun lit objects. Was that created using the Simulens feature in Maxwell Render or done in post?

Thanks,

Aaron

I really like the composition and the overall image, great work! I agree with Bubbaloo though in that some of the textures look too big/pronounced. I'd also add the 'cork board' texture to that list.

Love the ceiling texture and the treatment on the doors.
