The texture in the first one's roof seems too big but otherwise it's quite good !

Good work! I really like the sun and shadow on the wooden wall in the first image and general texturing seems good. Perhaps a bit heavy in places but the scenes have come out well.

I've been learning maxwell (I've used Fry before) and I'm amazed at the results and version 2's speed.

Just a single layered mat with 99 roughness, 205 white and a bump at 5-10%
