Nice nice, well evenly lit scene with no real highlights which don't have to be a bad thing. Not everything need to be supershiny with strong highlights to look good so yes i give you plus points for not making it like that :)
Did you composite in the background afterwards ?

I was trying to get a soft feeling of the picture but i have not made any compositing for the background just a clean render :)
but i must agree with you on the highlights

I'm very impressed with the vegetation :) I thought it was a composite at first.

does someone have any ideas of how i can ad some waterdrops on the plants and the bottle ?

by Maximus3D
Waterdrops umm.. well since you use Maya it should be rather simple, either you could model them individually from sphere's or half-sphere's and then place them where you want them on your objects. Or maybe u could use the particle system to spray waterdrops on your scene, making the particles stick to your models and react to gravity making them "drip" down along the meshes. Or another solution could be to use displacement maps to generate drops with but that would give u sooo much extra geometry it might not be worth the trouble..
