I think what these images need are a bit of level adjusting in photoshop. They really lack contrast at the moment and the people are distracting.
Otherwise the model looks cool.

I agree with JCAddy, this really needs some better contrasts.

thanks chaps for your comments.
The renders are pretty much raw from maxwell .
I agree with your points and will make some contrast adjustment.
People are always a problem in maxwell renders. The 3d peeps on the balcony are fine for distance shots but hopeless for close , hence the cutouts
which always look bad....client actually wanted many more and sitting at the small tables....

Nice update; I'm a fan of skyscrapers and those last two building renders are neat.

those two renders are buildings by australias two foremost architects , Denton Corker Marshall and Nonda Katsalidis.
The precast one is buillt , the tapered tall one a DCM design for singapore which was not built in that form
