No fog, is just a wall with reflection...

I dont want to sound too harsh, but 10 hours is not so good for this. Try working on your lighting, right now things are very flat. Its hard to tell if those balls are emitting light. Start with 0 emitters, then add one and do a test render, move it around until you find an interesting position that gives nice highlights and shadows. Play with the camera shutter speed to give some contrast to the scene.
