Looks good!
The facade-material is probably abit flat to be realistic
And I'm not shure about the perspective.
It feels like if its falling.

Perhaps something like this?
But I'm not shure at all, just brainstorming here :D

Will try another stucco,
The photo was taken oposite the building but maybe 1.5 meter under the street line (there is a bicicle way lower than the street) .
Maybe because of this it looks falling

The lighting is strange, for example there are no shadows under balconies!
Have you put a plane under the building?
The balconies glass, and the Stage 0 glass are way too reflective i think
The perspective is really too much distorted, if you look at the top right face of the building, comparing to the windows of the left building
The bottom of the building should be darker, because of cars, people, and the street floor

On no time of the day there is sunlight. This is the problem of all buildings there. Pure north.
Plane under the building, because of shadow of the building at the street?
I dont know how to do this. I know it must be sth. like matte material but i never have succes with it.

just put a big plane under the building, or it will be lit by the environment "by under?", i think that's why you got no shadows under balconies for example
You don't necesseraly have to play with Matte technique, just put the photo on top of that plane in compositing

it doesn't look like maxwell should be your choice for this model.

It doesn't look real. The problem is the light and the reflections. It looks like there is no building on the opposite side of the street if I have a look at the reflections.

and the bike and the car don't seem to take light away from the wall downstairs. Compared to the buildings next to it it is too bright. And the white wall should have some structure. This looks plain and smooth like plastics and thereby very unrealistic for a facade.

Sieht nicht so gut aus. Das Modell ist in Ordnung, aber grade die Fassadentextur passt nicht - vor allem in Bezug auf die Nachbargebäude.

HI, there is no building on the opposite side. The bulilding is a north view.
There is never sunlight on it.

Das update ist das mit dem bike. Das weisse ist nicht gut geworden.

it seems that you have rendered it alone in space, nothing around...

There needs to be more of a shadow on the right (darker) where the building juts out and maybe the white at the top shouldnt be so bright as light is coming from the left.
