hey... could be nicer... work on the house textures a little more.. but there is one thing that kind of ruin the render... The lawn... !
I really advise you to take a look at this tutorial... your render would be a perfect candidate..

(the trees are ok..)

Building and lawn furniture look good!
The "decorations" of the scene bring the render down a bit.
I've never been a fan of pasted in trees and vegetation.
The ones you have chosen don't have good edges.
I agree on the lawn.
Scattered grass planes would be a huge improvement!

Plant's edges are looking much better.
I think you could still use some better grass, though.
