Well, I can't say I can compare it to some of your previous images I have seen... It doesn't look like Maxwell... All these reflections in the pool and all these trees and plants with such vivid colors...
The building looks very flat and the glass at the windows...
So, knowing your work, I think there is something missing...
Not that my renderings are better, noo way!
But I think this can get better.

+1

I think, what hurted realism was all the postwork added.... but I imagine, that was what the client wanted

It's quite nice although it could use a few improvements.

Get rid of the refracted squares inside the pool, it just doesn't work. Also the curved grey edge of the pool is too perfect. Give it some irregularity and some nice bevel at the very edge. Also the texture where people are standing on, shouldn't get right to the edge. It looks unnatural.
The trees look great though.
Of course this is just my opinion.

take care

JTB, Leonardo & contact7 thanks for advice. Need more time to get realistic.

those people and trees are post added, it's very easy to see that and it makes the whole render wierd.

Materials on the building are too flat. Also would look so much better with trees and people as actual geometry.
