Just wanted to show you my new desktop-background that I have been working on for some days now.

Modelling in Maya, Rendered in Maxwell, as always.

Maybe you guys like it better if the letters are lying flat down on some piece of wood, and not hanging in mid air. Its not realistic that way, right?

It's weekend now Tobias people are slower than usual to respond which is a shame.

Anyways..

That's an unusual piece of work, it's not bad that's not what i'm saying, just that it's ..unusual. probably the first time i see something like this done with Maxwell. You found a new way of rendering your nickname in 3D.

Hey I like it. The metal material is nice.

I'm just not a fan of the type style or font that you chose.

Metal material is pretty good man, but I'm with Hyperballad on the font choice. Sorry - just not my thing I guess - but then it's supposed to be your thing anyway
