Very nice. I love the colors in the first images although they are sort of flat and have no real variation in the materials used. ie; the walls have no reflection at all.

I had to REALLY look hard to find the renders in that top image.

The other lack contrast and that's why they look fake. If you add some more contrast to the rendered buildings in photoshop it would help a great deal.

The top image is Maxwell godlike. Amazing render & compostition.

Edit:- Now I can see the cg buildings, they could do with a touch more contrast too.
Try to match the shadow levels in your render, to those in the photograph you're compositing into. PSCS2 has Shadow/Highlight which is great for tweaking this area. ;)

The second and third just need a tweak in Photoshop as mentioned.

Adjustments>Image>Equalize

Edit>Fade equalize> Use Soft light at 100%

well, i updated photos with more contrast, but for matching colors with RAL pallete the first one are closer.
