Thanks John, Magnus [btw, thanks for the tv big man

client loved it]
Here's a quick front-on render, 55mins or so.......have adjusted colour temp to 3.5k for more warmth [which to me looks better, but would have been off-brief]

here's the screeny:

Very nice render and rich materials. The only unrealistic part to my eye is the antenna and it's sharp flat shadow (or reflection). What could be the reason for that?

Stu

it's me who should thank you instead. It been a pleasure working for you with that TV model, i hope there'll be more..

i'm glad to hear your clients also liked it.
Your color version looks great

but personally i prefer the nice smooth tones in the greyscale one you first posted. Btw, your studiosetup is looking great. How did you set it up ?

Thanks JD, yes I reckon inspiration for this product comes straight from paloalto.
Tom, Thanks

yes it's reflection of the antenna, box is very smooth plastic but I'd have liked to have added some subtle 'surface inaccuracies' if time had allowed.
Thanks Max, the studio set-up is just sky-dome plus a tabletop [with matched material/RGB values to sky-dome]. Since there were 40+ renders in all [at 3000px wide] I needed a fast solution to getting an 'all white' kinda feel.
Thomas, Mike, appreciate it.
