 great work marc, really like the camera angle and lighting. The wood floor, while very nice, looks a bit off, maybe too many knots or something dunno, but really like it :)

Do not care for the floor, but the lighting and camera angles are beautiful!! Great work...

in my opinion it does not need more bump.
i think it is a little off scale if you want to keep it.

but (as an architect) i would suggest to change the overall texture from a cheap pine floor (pine wood is the cheapest because it grows so fast (results in softer wood) and because of the many knotwholes)
to something more adequate. the architecture looks modern with nice details (you do not want to create a place of simplicity and hurt your eyes with a turbelent floor like this)

try a dark calm wooden floor with maybe some dark oak (or walnut or cherry)
to get an idea look here
the textures are to small too use, but you get an idea.

then give it a nice smooth polished look and there you go. (maybe try some woodfloor materials from the maxwell material database)

hope it helps
michael

btw very nice render !
