Lighting in Nr3 is best, more soft and natural looking then the other two
Maybe a bit more bump in your stone wall

Nice! I like the 3rd one the most, except Mr Yellow Stripy should put his arms down! He's a bit distracting!

something bothers me, i think it's the compositing. there's the alpha channel white borders, you can avoid them simply using black paint bucket and fill several times the black part of the alpha channel-

I didn't notice this situation in these images, but I laugh when I see people placed in a scene at full-stride headed for a wall.

your textures need a little more help... it looks to perfect, and the 3d people are not helping... but everything else looks very nice
