Wow, Long time... i need to scratch myself after this.
Here is the latest residential project done one of my clients. I am not too thrilled yet the time for this project was tight and i could not continue tweeking. I also had to pull the two adjacent buildings out of my..., i mean improvise them from photographs.
Hope you like them. They are architectural presentation shots so not too interesting, but i will be doing some more realistic camara angles for myself.

I had to use a photograph. The HDRI looks pixelated i i cannot figure out why. The HDRI images are hig res but sitl pixelated.

Can you share how the trees were done? and also the grass /dirt materials look great, how were those done?

Maybe yyou should minimize the patern of the catwalk pattern ?
It seem to me a little bit hard.

Leo- Ahurricane just went by
Tom- The adjacent buildings are the only textures that had light on them from the photograpsh. I will probably go back and model them in more detail later. I did not use any other baked texture maps.
Tanguy- you are right, i did not spend a lot of time on that street it was really an afterthougt.
Hyperballad- The grass is just a BSDF material with a weight map and two different color maps. I will submit it to the exchange along with the stucco. As far as the light i just use skylight and HDR refkections and then composed the background in photoshop.
