Recap of images with Maxwell before 3dsmax7 trial ended. I have some more experiments in mind and they will come a little later once I can generate these from within Cinema 4D.

Thankyou for the comment. The second image is skylight only. No postwork was performed on the second image. This is as is right out of Maxwell Render- the tone mapping was somewhat different and more function than the current tone mapping capabilities of Maxwell Render- so I was able to get subtle nuances of surface light distribution.

This one is called light tray. An experiement that started before the maxwell television tests, but was affected by that type of look. Enjoy! Via the Cinema 4D plugin.

beautiful images Tyrone, especially the three white spheres - very captivating, the image really holds you and draws you in, I think it must be the composition?

Thanks oz42! I think that is why I also like the white spheres because the scene is very simple but with maxwell render, one can now begin to really investigate composition.
