Nice renders! Especially the first one. I really wish that big tree wasn't in the middle of it though. Looks like it's pasted in and obscures too much of the building.

Mm, nice renderings you done there! however i prefer the 2nd image as it's brighter, more vibrant and more living than the 1st one. I think the 1st one is too dark, it looks too artificial and just not real enough in my eyes. The 2nd one is more open and there's just more to see in it.
Good job on them both tho, keep on Maxwelling! ;]

Beautyful vegetation in the first one, and really nice light in the second.. for first renders, it is really high quality, i wish to see the next one!

very nice... I think they need a little bit of Ph work especially the sky (2nd image) but very nice renering and textures!
